Stat Analyzer provides a platform that allows users to:

• Upload CSV and PDF bank statement files.
• Configure data mapping for parsed information.
• View charts and analytics based on their spending habits.

Access to certain features is determined by your user status:

• Unauthenticated Users: Can upload CSV files only.
• Authenticated Non-Subscribers: Can upload up to 3 PDF files.
• Subscribers: Access to PDF uploads as per their subscription plan.

We plan to introduce the ability for users to store reports in the future.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account through our Auth0 integration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans that provide different levels of access to PDF uploads. Details of these plans are available on our Pricing Page.

4.2 Billing and Payment

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as per your selected plan.

4.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload any content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's functionality or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
